The Director, Digital Fundraising is a hands?on leader responsible for building and scaling Good360s digital individual giving program. This role will drive donor acquisition, retention, and growth through digital channels while integrating with offline strategies and sustaining giving initiatives. The Director will play a key role in campaign execution, platform optimization, donor journeys, and performance analysis.
$110,000 $130,000 annually
Note: Compensation is based on a candidates experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.MarylandVirginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.
Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)
