A hands-on, technically oriented leader who:

• Owns program-level planning & sequencing across Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Data & Analytics.
• Maintains a living dependency map (systems, data pipelines, teams, vendors) and mitigates risks before they burn schedule.
• Drives decision forums (design/architecture gates, release readiness, risk reviews) and ensures the right people are in the room.
• Acts as the first responder for cross-team blockers—dives 3–5 layers deep to diagnose the real issue and coordinates the fix.
• Bubbles up clear, action-oriented updates to Leadership: what’s off-track, why it matters, decision options, and recommended path.
