Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative , you’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations in retail settings, help increase awareness, and drive donations. No prior experience? No problem — we offer paid training , hands-on mentorship, and clear paths to promotion.
What You'll DoEngage with customers in retail or event-based environments
Promote nonprofit campaigns and encourage donations
Provide excellent service with professionalism and compassion
Help with event setup, coordination, and execution
