Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager/Creative Director to join a Republican political campaign. This is not a typical 9-to-5 role — it’s an opportunity to produce original, breakthrough content that cuts through the noise and connects with people in meaningful ways.

The ideal candidate is innovative, disciplined, and eager to work hard . You’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across multiple platforms, building engagement, and driving growth. This role requires both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution — from concept to posting.

Schedule: This is a seven-day-a-week position will require working many weekends and adjusting quickly to real-time opportunities.

Duties

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Produce engaging, original content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and photography.
• Manage content calendars to ensure a steady flow of high-quality posts.
• Capture and edit short-form video and behind-the-scenes moments that resonate with audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and create rapid-response content to stay relevant.
• Track analytics to measure performance, identify what works, and adapt strategy.
• Support live coverage of events, including nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to align creative output with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital storytelling (professional or personal brand work will be considered).
• Strong skills in graphic design, photography, and/or video editing preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or CapCut a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create content that performs well on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends in a fast-paced environment .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance creativity and deadlines.
• A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to try new ideas and take risks to stand out.
