Title: Construction Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable accounting assistant to join our growing team. The individual will be involved with various tasks in the department. The person to join us must be multi-tasking and ready to roll their sleeves.
Essential Functions :
· Prepare monthly payment packages for various NYC agencies.
· Review Certified payrolls for subcontractors.
· Review weekly time sheets for union employees
· Coordinates with site supers to collect daily reports, progress photos, and time sheets
· Ensures the timely submission of all the subcontractors’ documents for review
Education, Experience & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
· Prior working experience with various NYC agencies (NYCHA, SCA, DCAS, etc.)
· Able to multi-task and perform at a high intensity level
· Possesses excellent organizational skills
Position Type:
This is a full-time office position.
