The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and operational pharmacy services to optimize patient medication outcomes in a hospital setting. The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and registration as a pharmacist in Texas or New Mexico. Experience in acute care hospital pharmacy and completion of a PGY1 residency are preferred, supporting a patient-focused, collaborative healthcare environment.

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
